I use activated charcoal it works really well.

I’m still trying different things out. I find that whitening toothpaste helps somewhat, whereas, I had no luck with activated charcoal.

My dentist tells me to use a straw! I’ll drink a lot of beverages with a straw, but not hot coffee!

I tend to use whitening toothpaste – not sure how well it really works though.
A paste with whitener seems to help.

I have used baking soda and whitening toothpates.
Scrub the inside of an orange peel or lemon peel on yellow teeth daily for at least a week to reduce the discoloration.
