  1. I’m still trying different things out. I find that whitening toothpaste helps somewhat, whereas, I had no luck with activated charcoal.

  3. I use charcoal first, then a whitening toothpaste. Seems to do the trick!

  4. My dentist tells me to use a straw! I’ll drink a lot of beverages with a straw, but not hot coffee!

  10. I rinse with diluted peroxide . It minimizes stains and diluting it prevents the sensitivity that peroxide can cause!

  14. Scrub the inside of an orange peel or lemon peel on yellow teeth daily for at least a week to reduce the discoloration.

  16. Sometimes I’ve used baking soda, but for the most part I use whitening toothpaste.

  17. The best preventative and maintenance tool is to use a tooth whitening toothpaste often.
