  1. I’m still trying different things out. I find that whitening toothpaste helps somewhat, whereas, I had no luck with activated charcoal.

  2. My dentist tells me to use a straw! I’ll drink a lot of beverages with a straw, but not hot coffee!

  3. I wish I had great favorite tips on how to get rid of tooth discoloration caused by coffee, wine and/or tea. I suffer from this and do use different whitening toothpastes but have never found a great solution.

  4. I rinse with diluted peroxide . It minimizes stains and diluting it prevents the sensitivity that peroxide can cause!

  5. I love coffee and wine so I think about this problem a lot. I try to drink water after coffee and use whitening toothpaste 2 to 3 times a day.

  6. I use a straw to drink soda and coffee so not to touch my teeth and I use whiting charcoal tooth paste but its so nasty. I would like to try this thanks

  7. Scrub the inside of an orange peel or lemon peel on yellow teeth daily for at least a week to reduce the discoloration.
